Quality manufacturing begins at the design stage and continues through to product delivery; therefore, we have developed a comprehensive ERP system covering all processes. Our production supervisors continuously monitor manufacturing operations and quality management steps using PDA devices. The use of PDA devices simplifies and accelerates workflows, enables real-time data verification and allows rapid correction of any issues that may arise. In our quality assurance laboratory, we control every stage of production and, in accordance with validated standards, we also conduct quality inspections at the manufacturing sites.
