Injection Moulding Services

Injection moulding, as part of polymer processing technologies, enables the production of three-dimensional components and products of virtually any shape. The molten polymer, injected under high pressure into a closed mould and subsequently cooled, can assume almost any final shape. The process is highly productive and well suited for automation.

From a sustainability perspective, injection moulding provides an almost waste-free processing solution, as the products are recyclable. In addition to being an efficient process, injection moulding therefore offers a cost-effective solution for manufacturing.

Thanks to our robotised machines configured for both small- and high-volume production, we are capable of continuous, high-quality manufacturing 24 hours a day.
With the support of our robots capable of performing complex operational sequences, we also efficiently manufacture complex components.

Continuous innovation is a fundamental prerequisite of our flexibility – by thinking together with our partners, we are able to develop manufacturable series from almost any product concept. Upon request, we modify, further develop or optimise a given product to ensure that our clients become even more competitive in the market. We organise our processes with a proactive approach. Through 3D modeling in engineering design and the subsequent knowledge-intensive production processes, management is able to prevent losses and eliminate potential sources of failure well before production begins.

  • 96% of our hydraulic, electric and hybrid machines are automated and operate within a fully integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, controlled through online data management.
  • With the help of our overmoulding equipment, we also provide plastic encapsulation for sensitive components.
  • The maximum injection volume of our machines reaches up to 1,100 cm³, while the clamping force of our tools is adjustable between 100–3,500 kN.
  • We have expanded our injection moulding profile into a comprehensive, quality-assurance-supervised system, complemented by tool design and manufacturing as well as assembly services upon request.

At our company, quality is not merely a slogan but the cornerstone of our corporate philosophy.

Whether it involves small-series production or mass production lasting months or even years, quality manufacturing is the only acceptable standard for us.

Our commitment to quality is therefore not just a promise, but a guarantee.
